This is a no-fuss\, low-stress opportunity to get together and talk about whatever you’re currently reading\, Jewish or not. No books will be assigned for the whole group to read. No preparation is required. You just share your own reading and discover lots of new material you might want to read\, too. \nWhy Second Sunday? The book club meets at 1:00 p.m. PT (4:00 p.m. ET) for an hour or two on the second Sunday of the month. I lead the group and send participants a list of what was discussed. \nIf you’d like to attend\, email me at library@sephardictemple.org so I can send you the Zoom link. Your friends are welcome too – just let me know if they’d like to come. If you’ve never joined a Zoom meeting before\, I’m happy to walk you through it before we meet. \nWe are living through tough times now\, and the Second Sunday Book Club participants have found that it offers both food for thought as well as a welcome break from the news.
