JIMENA is excited to announce the Sephardic Leaders Fellowship LA 2025, marking our second cohort in Los Angeles. We invite passionate young leaders from all backgrounds in LA to apply and kindly ask you to share this opportunity with your network.
We are seeking passionate and ambitious individuals based in Los Angeles who are embarking on their Jewish leadership journey—whether as Jewish communal professionals or lay leaders. This fellowship is designed for emerging leaders and focuses on developing participants’ personal and professional leadership capacities. This particular cohort will emphasize the foundational skills of self-leadership. Fellows will explore both classical and modern Sephardic and Mizrahi insights from renowned experts in the field. Fellows will participate in biweekly sessions, offered either in person or online, led by esteemed Mizrahi and Sephardic leaders, scholars, activists, and rabbis from around the world.
Prospective fellows must apply by March 10, 2025. The inaugural meeting will be a full-day, in-person session on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time.
